Pet Policy

We Welcome Your Furry Friends!

At Avenue Lofts, we know pets are part of the family! 

Pet Policy:

  • Each loft may have up to two (2) pets.
  • A refundable pet deposit of $300.00 is required.
  • A monthly pet rent of $35.00 per pet applies.

Breed Restrictions:

Certain breeds are considered restricted and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by management. The following breeds (or their mixes) are generally not permitted: Pit Bulls (including American Staffordshire Terriers and Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Dalmatians, Great Danes, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids, and Akitas.

Assistance Animals:

Assistance animals are not considered pets, and no pet fees, deposits, or rent apply. Prior approval is required before move-in. Please contact our leasing office for the necessary forms and documentation to request a reasonable accommodation.

PARKING OPTIONS

 

On-Property Parking and Attached/Detached Garages

There is no on-property parking or attached garage spaces available on property.

 

Off-Property Parking

Off-site parking is available as designated by the City of Golden. Please refer to the city parking map for locations and permitted zones: https://www.parkgoldenco.com/

Adjacent public garages and city lots are within walking distance. These are managed by the City of Golden through the Map ’N Park tool, which provides real-time location and permit lookup.

 

City Parking Permits

Residents may register for several types of permits through ParkGoldenCo:

  • Golden Resident Permit – Allows two hours of daily parking in downtown garages and surface lots without kiosk or app use. (Note: Does not cover Neighborhood Permit Parking zones.)
  • Neighborhood Permit Parking (NPP) – Permit for residents or businesses located in NPP zones.
 

ADA Parking & EV Access

  • ADA Parking: Vehicles with a valid Colorado ADA placard are exempt from payment in ADA-designated spaces but must still register or pay if required by posted regulations.
  • EV Charging: EV drivers must register and pay for parking according to zone rules. Charging fees are $0.24 per kWh plus $1 per 15-minute increment after three hours.
